Family Law Fixed Fee Advice Package

We are delighted to be able to offer a fixed fee Family Law initial consultation which includes:-

  • A meeting with one of our expert Family Law solicitors for up to one hour.
  • During your meeting, we will discuss the options available to you and provide our expert legal advice.
  • We can also discuss costs with you should you require us to carry out additional work on your behalf.
  • After the meeting we will send you a detailed letter containing clear and concise legal advice tailored to your specific situation and recommendations for next steps if these are required.

Our current fixed fee offer for the above package is £150 plus VAT. The fee is payable in advance and payment can be made by debit or credit card at the time of booking your appointment.  

Divorce and Separation

We will guide you through the process of separation and divorce with clear advice, support and sensitivity. We have many years of experience in dealing with divorce and separation disputes in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session and we will always strive to achieve the best possible financial settlement for clients. Legal aid may be available. The range of services which we are able to offer to clients include:

Child Law

Disputes concerning children require a sensitive and pragmatic approach. If court action is necessary, we have vast experience in representing clients in contact and residence disputes in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Our Family Law solicitors are all members of the Family Law Association. Legal aid may be available. We offer advice and representation in the following areas:
