Personal InjuryInjuries caused by the deliberate or negligent
acts of a person or corporate body, or as a result of a breach of statutory duty
would normally give rise to a claim for damages. The amount of those damages,
of course, will vary depending upon the severity of these injuries, the actual
financial losses sustained and the degree of impairment of future earning capacity.
We can advise you as to whether your injuries are likely to give rise to a claim and if so the merits and possible value of that claim. In the first instance we will try and reach an out of court settlement. If this is not possible we can commence Court proceedings on your behalf. Legal Aid may be available subject to the usual conditions. We are also a member of the Legal expenses insurance scheme which may be used to fund Court cases, on a "no win, no fee" basis.
